A beautiful chalet for up to 4 people with a large sun and pool terrace on the Costa Calma! This property leaves little to be desired!

The large private driveway offers space for your rental car and leads you to the entrance. On 80 m² you will find two bedrooms with double beds (one with 0.90x1.90m mattresses, the second bedroom with 0.90 x2.00m mattresses), both with direct access to the large terrace and pool.

One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet and double washbasin. In addition to the shower cubicle, bidet and wash basin, the second bathroom also offers space for the washing machine. The living room and kitchen are furnished to a high standard.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer combination (0.60x2.00m), dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is a satellite TV in the living room, as well as in one of the bedrooms. The large window front leads from the living area to the spacious, sun terrace with chairs.

There is a brick grill that invites you to a cozy get-together. Relax here on your sun loungers and enjoy the sea view and the sun. The terrace is partially covered, a parasol is also available for you. The large private pool and a great outdoor shower offer you refreshment if you don't go to the golden beach of Costa Calma, which is about 15 minutes away on foot. A newly installed air conditioning system also provides cooling in the apartment, should you wish. A small supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away; Further shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Free WiFi and beach towels are part of the offer! The prices are based on occupancy by two people. Each additional person will be charged an additional € 10.00 per day. Relaxation and recreation await you!
